Safety is our first concern with our equipment rentals. We hope that all of our customers will take the time and plan for adequate adult supervision of the ride. When you rent from us for a private party, you sign a waiver accepting the liability in the event that someone gets hurt at your party. Because you are renting the piece of equipment from us, you are releasing Xtreme Fun from liability if someone gets hurt at your party. You have to provide the attendant and follow the rules of play as outlined in our contract. So why is insurance still an important issue? Xtreme Fun Rentals, Inc. made a commitment to only hire bonafide employees. This means that all of our employees are covered by workman compensation and all other Government mandated benefits. If someone not covered by workman compensation delivers a jumper to you and gets hurt while on your property, the injured employee can hold you liable and sue you for their injuries. XFR employees that are injured on your property are covered under the workman compensation laws in the State of Hawaii. We are fully insured with adequate auto insurance, workman compensation and TDI. These issue are important to you as a consumer. The US government, City and County of Honolulu and the State of Hawaii requires a certificate of insurance stating that Xtreme Fun is covered by General Liability insurance to protect their funds if someone tries to sue one of them. It is important that you name the State or City if you are going to put up a jumper on government property.
