Earn Xtreme Fun $$ at your next school fair or special event! Call Delbert at 621-3001 and talk story with him to see if your organization will qualify for our fundraising specials! Normally there is no money down on a fundraising event and very little risk on the organization's part. You provide the venue, advertisement, some volunteers, electrical power and the crowd.......we provide the XTREME FUN! MAKING YOUR MONEY: Percentage splits are negotiated with each event. Some events are too small for a split in proceeds. If your event is small we will give you a fair rental price and you can outright rent the equipment from us. Some events may require a minimum guarantee to XFR. Each event is so different. Call us and give Delbert an idea of what we are working with. NO COMPETITION CLAUSE: It is our company policy that if we are going to do a split in proceeds with an event or fair, no other inflatable or ride will be allowed at the same event. The exception would be pony rides. If we are going to share in the risk we ask that you not have any competition for us at the same event. If you are a participant of a major event, make sure the organizers of the event is aware that we need to be the exclusive ride company at the event. XTREME FUN LOGO/PICTURES: Upon request you may use our logo and pictures for the advertisement of your upcoming event. We have a Promotional CD available for your use which includes our toys and our logo. XTREME FUN ADVERTISING VERBIAGE: We request that all events use the words "Xtreme Fun", "Xtreme Fun Inflatables" or "Xtreme Fun Games" or "Xtreme Fun Play Zone" in your fliers and advertisements. The use of the logo would be great. Do not use the words "Xtreme Games". Please also remember that we do not have an "E" at the start of our name. TICKET USAGE: Xtreme Fun has pre-printed $1.00 activity tickets for our events. These are available free of charge. Each roll has 2000 tickets on it and it is numbered. Our percentage would be based on the number of tickets sold not on the amount of money at the end of the day. Of course the money and tickets sold should be equal. Normally a person from your organization would sell the tickets and be accountable for the tickets and money. XTREME FUN STAFF: We have an excellent friendly staff for you to work with at the event. We will train your volunteers and helpers to manage the event. Why are we at so many events and fairs? Because Xtreme Fun has the best inflatables and we have the best Fun staff on the island. But most of all.... we are a non-stress vendor for the organization. We are a turn Key operation which requires very little attention by the organizers during an event.
